Tolvaddon benefitted from investment through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Convergence Programme to create 9.5 hectares of fully serviced employment land. The site has outline planning consent for industrial and office development and is available for development now with the potential to accommodate 28,000sqm of floor space.
The Tolvaddon site complements the waterside Enterprise Zone sites in Hayle and Falmouth providing space for large footprint occupiers for whom a good road access is essential.
